Arbutus Ridge is a 4-storey concrete building with 49 boutique homes located on a natural elevation on Vancouver’s Westside. These residences offer spectacular ocean and mountain views and at 16th and Arbutus are located in the perfect quiet neighhbourhood, yet still close to amazing shops and restaraunts in both Kerrisdale and Kitsilano.​  Trevor Bell, principal of Equitas, was previously employed with a major Vancouver developer and was fully involved with the construction management of this project.
