BROOKHOUSE RESIDENCES

Project Type:  Heritage Restoration with

 Infill Housing.  10 units total.

Constructed in 1908, the design of the Brookhouse Residence reflects the lasting influence of the Queen Anne Revival style of architecture. The style was popularized during the late 1800s by British architect Richard Norman Shaw, and remained common through to the end of the nineteenth century.

We are proud to have taken on this rehabilitation project.  The interior has been repurposed for 6 dwelling units and 4 complementary row houses will be constructed at the rear of the property for a total of 10 units.
